We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the role of Director of Food & Beverage.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the role involves the full operational responsibility for our Food & Beverage division.
Requirements: Excellent people leadership skills.
Exceptional standards of service and attention to detail.
To create and implement a strategy to ensure the Food & Beverage division achieve all operational & financial goals.
Establish targets for team members and outlets to ensure overall goals are reached.
Experience in recruiting, training & developing talent.
Very strong guest focus, creating a presence in all outlets at peak times.
Experienced in Multiple Outlets and Banquets an advantage.
Take a leading role in Growing Sales and managing Departmental Costs.
Ideal Candidate: 3 - 5 Years F&B Departmental Manger experience.
5 Star background desirable.
Demonstrable track record of previous success in achieving business goals.
Excellent ability to work under pressure and to make decisions in a fast paced environment.
