This role is on a Community Employment Scheme and will suit somebody who is currently unemployed and wishes to work part-time for 19.5 hours per week. To be eligible for this position, you will need to be currently in receipt of a Social Welfare payment for at least 12 months.
The role will include the following duties, and experience would be helpful but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided:
* Attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries face to face and on the telephone.
* Knowledge of reception skills such as administration and clerical procedures, computer literacy and relevant software applications, keyboard skills, and customer service or a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience of working with people is an advantage.
This is a developmental role where tuition, training, and on-the-job training will be given, leading to recognised accreditation and qualifications. Full training will be given. The role will suit somebody who is flexible and wishes to develop their experience and skills.
