We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
PC Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy new PCs, ensuring that they meet the high standards of performance and aesthetics that our clients expect.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to maintain the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Office Administration: Administer and manage Office, ensuring that our team has the necessary tools to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
ERP Familiarity: Leverage your knowledge of ERP systems to provide support, ensuring that data and systems are in alignment with our luxury retail standards.
Hardware Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance on hardware equipment, maintaining the impeccable appearance and functionality of our IT equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT support activities, including issue resolutions and hardware/software inventories.
User Training: Provide tailored training to our team members on software applications and best practices to uphold our high-quality service standards.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support roles, including experience with high-end PC configuration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Office administration, particularly in the context of a retail business.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems, with a focus on maintaining the quality and integrity of data and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to adapt to various IT challenges while adhering to high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, reflecting the luxury service.
Adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
1. A relevant IT or computer science degree, certification, or equivalent work experience.
