Relationship Manager / Funds (Depositary Services)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate & Property team in Dublin. The successful candidate will perform depositary duties in accordance with corporate governance and infrastructure, Central Bank of Ireland and local market regulations and the requirements of fund documentation.
The key responsibilities include client management, reviewing and approving property transactions, maintaining and updating the property database, monitoring fund compliance with investment restrictions, engaging with regulators and audit firms, producing accurate MI reporting, assisting in depositary projects and initiatives, and supporting new business activity within the depositary business.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Client Management: First point of contact for clients and internal partners for allocated property clients.
* Responsible for allocated clients, including timely escalation of issues on a day-to-day basis.
* Responsibility for on-boarding new funds/structures for allocated clients.
Depositary Governance:
* Assist with the completion and submission of MI to Depositary committees.
* Provide Depositary governance structures (CART/EDC) ad-hoc reporting.
* Engage with Depositary Operations in service calls.
Regulatory Oversight:
* Review fund documentation from a trustee/depositary perspective, including prospectus/supplement/RMP/Valuation Policies and SLD.
* Investment Compliance Monitoring: Perform periodic investment restriction reviews.
* Investigate breaches and communicate to fund promoter/investment manager.
Reporting & Data Management:
* Complete monthly/quarterly client reports and ensure reports are sent within SLD deadline.
* Produce quarterly board report and issue to Corp.
* Sec within deadline.
* Complete and monitor fund risk assessment reporting.
Requirements:
* Ability to work within a team structure.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Relevant fund industry experience.
* Experience in a depositary/relationship management/compliance/a distinct advantage.
* Understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to depositary/trustee in particular, requirements for Irish funds.
