About Your New Job
* As Customer and Field Service Manager, your job will be to lead a field and customer service team to ensure users of the company’s HVAC equipment is working properly.
* Ensuring efficient and effective responses to planned and emergency calls.
* Scheduling and coordinating the field service team’s workload.
* Assisting and guiding the customer service team with complex cases.
* Analysing relevant KPIs and ensuring data is correctly processed and analysed.
* Developing and updating relevant procedures and policies.
What Skills You Need
* For this Customer and Field Service Manager job you will have 5+ years’ relevant experience in a similar role, ideally coming from an HVAC environment or similar.
* You will also have strong people management and customer service abilities.
