As Site Manager some of your key roles will be organising team members to deliver the contracted scope of works and provide functional day to day management of team members whilst providing guidance and direction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize team members to deliver contracted work scope, providing daily functional management, guidance, and direction
2. Build, lead, and develop project teams
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, actively managing risks and issues, and escalating as needed
4. Manage client relationships and key stakeholders, both internal and external
5. Develop and maintain project plans, KPIs, prepare costing reports, and provide weekly and monthly status reports
6. Make timely decisions under pressure using your initiative
7. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
9. Continually seek new initiatives and process improvements to enhance project management practices and organizational capabilities
10. Report effectively with accurate and reliable data on status, trends, outlook, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
11. Minimum of 3-5 years of site management experience in a similar role
12. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, and ERP systems
14. In-depth knowledge of the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS)
15. Demonstrated experience managing projects for a main contractor in Ireland/UK on utility and/or infrastructure projects
16. Commercial awareness with experience in contract administration (preferably NEC and FIDIC)
17. Detailed knowledge of Project Management methodology and practices
18. Strong planning and organizational skills
19. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
20. Current driver’s license
21. Experience managing interfaces between Clients, Project Teams, and Senior Management is crucial
