CPAS are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead to establish and implement a structured project management framework in a growing organisation.
This role is ideal for a professional who can create, refine, and embed project governance processes in a company that is new to formal project management.
The successful candidate will drive best practices, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: Proven experience in establishing project management frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and their practical applications.
Experience in change management and the ability to drive cultural shifts towards structured project delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with project management tools and technology to support planning and tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, guiding teams both remotely and on-site.
Key Skills and Competencies: Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ScrumMaster).
Experience in process optimization and business transformation.
Background in IT, Operations, Finance, or Business with hands-on project leadership experience.
