Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with accounting knowledge to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional to play a key role in overseeing office operations and ensuring seamless client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the flow of information and documentation between staff and clients, ensuring expectations are met.
2. Onboard new clients, including tax registration, company setup, and system integration.
3. Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations alongside directors.
4. Implement and improve office procedures and administrative systems.
5. Present efficiency improvements and best practices during team meetings.
6. Liaise with external IT providers to support staff with technical needs.
7. Supervise bookkeeping and administrative staff to ensure VAT and payroll deadlines are met.
8. Oversee staff training and development, reporting needs to management.
9. Provide general office support to ensure a smooth working environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience in bookkeeping or finance administration is desirable.
3. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
