Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on developing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, create engaging content for digital and traditional platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and product brochures, and manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency with company values.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience, optimize performance through SEO and CRO strategies, use data analysis to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights, and support the sales team with marketing materials and training on current initiatives and product updates.
Essential Skills & Experience: At least 3 years in a Marketing team, ideally within B2B.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools (CMS, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proven experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrable experience in content creation, website management, and e-commerce.
