Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Co. Meath/Dublin West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large, established company with a strong reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and advice to Management on various matters including employee relations, benefits, and policies.
* Participate in the Recruitment and Selection Process to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
* Prepare contracts of employment and assist with initial induction processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
* Support the implementation of Company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Deal with Disciplinary and Grievance processes in a fair and transparent manner.
* Support with the administration of employee benefits to ensure that our employees receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role with a proven track record of success.
* A recognised 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management and ideally CIPD qualified.
* Knowledge of Employment Law, practices and their application in the Irish context.
* Experience in employee relations issues and providing advice and guidance at management level.
