We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our crane operations.
This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: General Administration: Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries.
Assist with document control, ensuring proper filing and retrieval of records.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and processing payments.
Reconcile accounts and liaise with finance teams for payroll and expenses.

Manage supplier relationships and coordinate deliveries or service agreements.
Operations Support: Coordinate crane hire bookings and assist with scheduling jobs.
Prepare and process job sheets, timesheets, and other operational documents.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining relevant documentation.
Liaise with site supervisors and crane operators regarding job requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, logistics, or crane hire.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Sage) and business software.
Knowledge of crane operations or transport industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
