The Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the transport activities of the company.
Main tasks include:
Scheduling airport transfers for individuals and groups of students to locations around Ireland Managing the allocation of vehicles and drivers Communicating transfer information to key stakeholders such as host families and international agents Internal communication with relevant colleagues/departments Maintenance of database records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
Contribute to the improvement of office processes and transport operations.
The Person Previous experience in a transport, logistics or senior administration role.
Someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively build relationships.
A large portion of the role involves communication with European partners, and Irish host families.
An organised person who can manage several tasks at one and prioritise accordingly.
A motivated person who can effectively manage their own time and workload.
