Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage professional to manage the smooth operation of our restaurant stations during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner Services.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily restaurant setup and presentation
* Maintain product knowledge of all menu items, hotel facilities, and services
* Provide exceptional food and wine service
* Anticipate guest requirements and preferences
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are met
* Monitor food being served from the kitchen
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Food & Beverage (training provided)
* Highly organized with excellent prioritization skills
* Flexibility to work a varied roster, including weekends and bank holidays
