Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee payroll operations for a large team, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Manage all aspects of payroll administration, such as tax returns, reconciliations, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.
* Process vendor invoices and reconcile accounts with suppliers.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations and contribute to ad-hoc reporting or administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* You should have 2-6 years of experience managing payroll and accounts payable.
* You must be proficient in payroll software (e.g., Sage or similar) and skilled with IT systems.
* You should have a solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance in Ireland.
* You must have strong verbal and written communication abilities.
* You should have excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
* You must be able to handle sensitive or confidential information discreetly.
