Senior Client Manager (International Business)
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a leading corporate services provider located in Dublin City Centre, with offices in Ennis, Luxembourg and London as a Senior Client Manager. The successful applicant will join a team of accountants, lawyers, compliance specialists, transaction managers, company secretaries and corporate administrators.
You will become a key part of our client service finance team that offers a high standard of financial accounting, regulatory and statutory reporting services to a broad portfolio of international business clients. You will have responsibility for delivery of accounting and compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities
* Management of a team of accountants to ensure high quality delivery of accounting services to client companies, including maintenance of accounting records, month-end close procedures, management reporting, annual financial statements, payroll, VAT and corporation tax compliance.
* Management of client onboarding process and initial set up of service delivery framework.
* Serving as principal point of contact for clients’ management team for servicing of client requirements, agreeing reporting deliverables, management of compliance calendar obligations and responding to client ad-hoc requests.
* Supervision of preparation and delivery of interim management accounts and financial reports.
* Supervision of preparation of financial statements and statutory reports.
* Supervision of preparation of audit files and support of the external audit process.
* Supervision of Payroll processing.
* Supervision of Preparation of VAT, PAYE/PRSI, DWT and Corporation Tax returns.
* Management of liquidity requirements, accounts payables and accounts receivables functions of client companies.
* Mentoring and training of accounting team members.
* Serving as a director on the board of client companies, attendance at board meetings, coordinating the scheduling of board meetings and collation of board meeting materials with the company secretary and relevant external parties.
Requirements
* Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA).
* 5 years+ PQE commercial enterprise or practice experience with exposure to all aspects of the finance and accounting function (Management reporting, Financial Statements, Month-end close, Payroll, VAT, Corporation Tax).
* 2.2 honours degree or equivalent from a third level educational institution.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Self-starter, detail oriented, highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and solutions focused approach.
* Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
* Versatile team player – flexible, pragmatic.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a bright and positive outlook.
