Operations Dublin Permanent PART 1 : Role Details Role Title Divisional Lead In-Home Department In-Home Reports To Senior Operations Director Location Dublin PART 2: Role Purpose Your core focus will be to lead the day-to-day operations ensuring all contractual KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved within budget whilst working to the highest Health & Safety standards.

PART 3: Principal Responsibilities
13. Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
14. To ensure best practice, integrity and legal compliance is consistently met with all safety, health, environmental and quality concerns addressed
15. To ensure operational delivery of all contractual KPI’s and SLA’S within budget
16. To ensure the effective operational management and development of the division in terms of client relationships, commercial parameters and people management
17. To deliver agreed financial targets and to ensure all contracts operate at maximum efficiency and output
18. To lead, motivate, communicate and engage in an open and consistent way with all employees across the division
19. To provide leadership and strategic direction to the management team
20. To play a key role in identifying, utilising and developing talent and the PDP process
