Delivering growth of both Machines in Field (MIF) and Consumables, while developing strong relationships at Head Office Level with key stakeholders.What this role involves: · Delivering and exceeding the Sales Targets for Rental, Service and Direct Sale· Responsible for driving sales within the Culligan product range, through growth (new business) and retention (expanding existing customers) within a Key Account sectors· Accountable for supporting new business campaigns across all Key Accounts in line with the Growth Plan · Responsible for negotiating and concluding commercial Agreements and Contracts with both internal and external partners· Responsible for accurately updating our CRM with key information to enable successful onboarding of customers and tracking of all mandatory KPI’s· Accountable for completing existing customer analysis to identify additional opportunities in line with the Growth plan· Develop, plan and execute Key Customer Reviews with all Key Customers on a Quarterly basis.· Working with internal Culligan Teams to ensure any Customer related queries are resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible.· Responsible for governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice· Responsible for compliance with, and suggesting improvements to, the end to end joining process, policies and proceduresRequirementsWhat we're looking for: Strong ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities Demonstrating strong commercial awareness Good oral and written communication skills Competent in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel A proven track record of managing Key Customer relationships A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and sales results Demonstrated strong ability to consistently achieve targets BenefitsWhat we can offer: OTE €60k - €65k Company Car Monday - Friday Days working pattern 23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays - increasing with long service Company Pension scheme Company Sick Pay (after qualifying period) Shopping discounts with Perks at Work 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme Volunteering Day Employee support network and mental health assistance Opportunity for career progression Commission Scheme
