Meet The Team

Our Facilities Team is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Facilities Planner to support the start-up of our first European manufacturing site. Reporting to the Facilities Director, the Facilities Planner will manage the planning, coordination, and administration of the Facilities department, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient operations of the Facilities Department.
Where You Come In
* You will provide administrative support to the facilities department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
* You will prepare and track budgets for facilities-related spending.
* You will ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* You have a strong understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and experience coordinating maintenance repair activities within a regulated environment.
* You will generate reports on maintenance activities and project progress.
* You will work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
* You will create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Procure supplies and services for facilities maintenance.
* You will work with the accounts payable department to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolution of any discrepancies.
* You will develop and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
* You will issue employee access cards with the support of the security team to ensure proper access control and security measures.
* You will supervise and issue work orders to facilities technicians and external contractors.
* You will ensure completion of work to time, cost, and quality standards.
* You will maintain and organize all facilities-related documents, including contracts, maintenance records, and compliance certificates.
What Makes You Successful
* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
* You have previous experience in facilities administration or planning.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are skilled with the Microsoft Office suite.
* You have experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
* You have experience with purchasing software such as Coupa and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like Maximo.
