Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a HR Project Lead with an Irish global organisation, supporting them with a large transformation project. With the support of the change team and various HRBP’s, you will create a valid strategic people plan and deliver on it which will have large organisational impact.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Manage the people and organisation transition planning activities
2. Agree and lead on organisational changes globally
3. Create a programme for employees effected by change
4. Minimise disruption to the people plans during this time
5. Mitigate any risk associated with potential changes
Skills and experience required:
6. Experience in a global company who have gone through a re-structure or period of change
7. Hands on experience with complex ER cases
8. Previous experience with unions or European councils would be an advantage
9. The ability to lead and influence is essential in this role
10. Project management experience
11. Irish employment Law exposure is essential
