National Visual Merchandising & Creative Manager

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute national visual merchandising strategies to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and improve customer experience.
* Lead the design and delivery of seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and creative installations across all stores.
* Collaborate with marketing, retail operations, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns and product launches.
* Plan and oversee new store openings and store renovations, ensuring all visual elements are engaging and impactful.
* Maintain and design and deliver visual merchandising training for Area Managers and Store Managers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of senior-level visual merchandising management experience in the high-street sector.
* Full, clean driver's license.
* Proven experience setting up new stores and working with various shop fixtures and fittings.
* In-depth knowledge and passion for store concepts, sustainable retail, and visual merchandising.
* Self-motivated and action-oriented, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Strong strategic and creative skills.
* Strong commercial business acumen.
Salary Package:
