Job Title: HR Manager - Greater Belfast Area - Fixed-term Contract
We are partnering with an award-winning organisation in the Greater Belfast Area to find an experienced HR Manager for a fixed-term contract.
This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering HR strategies and initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
* Managing the full recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
* Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations (ER) matters, such as disciplinary procedures and grievances.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data to support decision-making and strategy development.
* Overseeing absence management procedures to ensure effectiveness, including return-to-work interviews and company policies.
* Leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to retention and offboarding.
* Developing and implementing the company's well-being strategy, working closely with Wellbeing Champions and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist capacity, preferably with a proven track record of handling the full employee lifecycle.
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
* CIPD Qualified, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
