The Role
As a Lettings Manager, you will be managing residential lettings and property, with occasional involvement in sales. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the marketing and letting of properties, ensuring that they are advertised accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct viewings and negotiations with potential tenants, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
* Manage relationships with landlords, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to tenant rights and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, using software such as Acquaint (Beneficial) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and lettings targets, while maintaining a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in lettings or property management, preferably in a similar role.
* Possession of current PSRA license - Category A, B & C.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience with property management software, such as Acquaint (Beneficial).
* Ownership of a car and valid driving license, with a clean driving record.
