Role Description WRE Premier Developments Ltd - Property & Lettings Coordinator We seek to hire a highly motivated, organised, and experienced Property and lettings Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Letterkenny.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a flair for multi-tasking and excellent administrative and organisational skills.
The Property & Lettings Coordinator will manage a portfolio of properties under the direction and support of the Operations Manager.
They deal with all aspects of housing management and customer care for residents in a responsive, efficient and quality manner.
This is a permanent office-based role.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring 100% occupancy with a timely, smooth and efficient tenancy onboarding/offboarding processes.
Conduct regular site inspections, document findings, and action necessary maintenance or regulatory requirements.
Liaise with tenants and contractors to coordinate pre-planned maintenance and repairs.
Arrange viewings and assist with tenant applications, referencing, and paperwork.
Monitor rent payments and proactively manage rent arrears, including implementing payment plans or initiating appropriate actions for non-payment.
Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and company policies.
Support the team in achieving business targets and KPIs.
Qualities & Skills Required: Previous experience in a lettings or property management role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach with attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Own vehicle and full Irish driving license required.
