We are currently recruiting for a Full Time HR Administer, in the HR department.
Purpose of Role The incumbent will be an ambassador for Carechoice. This position is a critical point of contact for Carechoice employees and prospective employees. General Responsibilities Provide a professional and efficient administration service within the Office.
Travel to the different homes when required to conduct interviews, attend meetings etc.
Provide administrative and secretarila support to the Head of HR, Recruitment and Training Officer and HR colleagues.
Ensure all issues raised by staff and potential employees are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner Prepare and co-ordinate of all communications, multimedia / Power Point presentations etc.
Maintain the filing / document handling system for HR.
Prepare and circulate data as required by Head of HR or Recruitment and Training Officer.
HR Specific duties Participate in recruitment activities including screening CVs, setting up interviews, reference checking, HR documentation, etc., as required.
Ensure all documentation required by HIQA associated with the recruitment and selection process is obtained from new employees and filed on personnel files in a confidential and orderly manner.
Produce and maintain regular reports regarding the Human Resources activity such as absenteeism statistics/trends, training activities, etc.
Assist in organising training activities including sourcing external training providers in a cost effective manner.
Attend and fully participate in HR staff meetings.
Maintain and develop the filing / document handling systems for the confidential storage of employee records and recruitment competitions.
Take minutes at HR meetings including staff forums, disciplinary investigations and hearings, etc.
Actively participate in all PR activities associated with Carechoice.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in an HR or Recruitment Support Role.
Fluency in the English language - verbal and written Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people.
Demonstrate an ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, in particular Excel and Word Strong IT skills, experience with HR systems an advantage.
Hold and maintain a clean driving licence with access to own car In addition to the duties outlined above, successful candidates will carry out any other relevant duties which may be assigned to him/her by the HR Manager/ Director of HR.
