About Your New Job
As Business Development Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the EV charging solutions market, focusing on the leasing sector across Ireland.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline building to closing deals, while positioning the company as a trusted partner in the EV charging space.
This individual contributor role offers high responsibility and autonomy, ideal for a driven professional eager to make a tangible impact.
What Skills You Need
* 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of building out territories and developing new business.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish market, with expertise in working with leasing companies or within related sectors.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
