Senior HR Manager
Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge, or seeking to take on a lead and senior-level HR Manager role? Our client, a leading player in the engineering, construction, and facilities sector, is expanding its leadership team and seeks a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join their Co. Tipperary HQ.
The Job:
As a key member of this leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR duties, including:
* Employee HR engagement
* Designing and delivering new HR processes and procedures across the site
* Recruitment (both external hires and internal moves)
* Overseeing training and L&D programs
* Comps/bens benchmarking activities
* Taking ownership of HR projects
* Driving HR change throughout the group
Your Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction type environment would be an advantage but is not essential
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal, and project management skills
