Overview
The Finance Master Data Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Group Supplier Master Data requests and monitoring the data quality.
Responsibilities
Process Supplier Master Data administration requestsAdhere to data quality rules and standards Support mass changes to the Supplier Master Data Maintain/update documentation in a timely manner Support Audits (internal and external) by providing data as required in a timely mannerParticipate in Supplier Master Data improvement projectsIdentify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline the supplier master data processes, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiencyAd hoc duties as required.
Experience
Relevant experience working in a busy environment (minimum 2/3 yearsProven experience of working on MS office and financial operating systems. COINS experience preferredExcellent attention to detailFlexible and able to multi-taskAbility to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamDeadline focused with ability to organise and prioritise tasksExcellent communication skills
