Job Title: Soft Service Lead
The position involves coordinating the day-to-day operations of the soft services team, ensuring that maintenance, caretaking, cleaning, and catering departments run efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
* Audit financial performance to meet objectives (account reconciliation, billing, and trending).
* Manage cost control, identify areas for reduction, and implement savings as per contractual targets.
* Promote quality levels and customer support objectives to meet or exceed company standards.
* Lead a team of operatives, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development.
* Oversee the soft services portfolio to ensure quality service delivery while maximizing efficiency.
* Maintain safe working environments for subcontractors and employees.
* Ensure SLA and KPI compliance in service delivery.
* Develop and manage quality measures, procedures, and communication channels.
* Facilitate training requirements to ensure staff are fully trained in service provision.
* Comply with HR policies and procedures for the team.
* Prepare monthly reporting for services under contract.
* Attend meetings to discuss progress and arising matters.
