We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the management, delivery, and administration of a large-scale site development, construction, and maintenance program.
This role focuses on aligning the property portfolio with the strategic objectives and long-term goals of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively contributing to the implementation of the organization's strategic goals, including initiatives from the Sustainability Strategy within the Property Department.
- Assisting in the management of business parks, overseeing construction contracts and maintenance activities.
- Providing support in managing a portfolio of properties.
- Helping administer the Estate Management program, including the maintenance of roads, services, buildings, and landscaping.
- Participating in procurement processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Collaborating with external consultants and agents to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.
- Supporting the tendering process and managing construction upgrades as required.
- Working with utility and service providers to manage rights of way, wayleaves, and licenses.
- Regularly engaging with client companies to address property-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assisting in securing approval for property solutions tailored to client need.
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives across the property portfolio.
- Supporting legal processes related to deeds, rectifications, and boundary matters.
- Engaging in continuous learning and development, participating in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Essential requirements include:
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD or similar mapping software is an advantage.
- A third-level qualification (Level 7 or above) recognized on the National Qualification Framework, ideally in a property or engineering-related field.
- Strong ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in property management, engineering projects, or construction contract administration is preferred.
- Project management skills are advantageous.
- A full driving license is desirable.
- Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally work outside standard office hours.
