Transformation Program Process Analyst
An immediate contract opportunity exists for an experienced Process Analyst to join our client's Transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a specific Body of Work in Process Efficiency and Lean ways of working.
Required Skills:
* At least seven years experience in a business process analysis role with strong business change project management capability.
* Previous experience in the public or financial sector.
* Experience in the change management aspects of new initiatives.
* Project Management and Lean 6 Sigma accreditation, such as Yellow belt / Green belt.
* Broad experience of process analysis techniques, particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling.
* Excellent workshop facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* Plan your work, estimate assigned activities and deliver on commitments.
* Ability to adapt quickly to inflight projects.
* Professional, consultative, strong client-facing skills.
* Take a strategic view on the implications of the solution to be.
* A good understanding of formal project management processes.
