We are seeking a highly skilled eProcurement Manager to oversee the purchasing process for our clients, a group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare.
Job Description
This is a full-time position responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including procuring products and services through the Procure Wizard software.
The successful candidate will act as a focal point for other staff members, making recommendations on e-procurement options and working with stakeholders to evaluate procurement options available.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end procurement software.
* Act as super-user for the procurement system.
* Administer all configurations and troubleshoot issues.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents.
* Project manage the procurement process.
* Assist with tenders.
* Manage supplier management arrangements with external suppliers.
* Prepare and present reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
