As a Digital Marketing Executive at National College of Ireland, you will play a vital role in supporting student recruitment through digital marketing initiatives. This includes collaborating with the International Office to attract international students and promoting college activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for social media, focusing on international student recruitment by working with student ambassadors.
* Optimise, edit, and prepare content for publication across various digital formats.
* Contribute to the college's annual digital content calendar in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team.
* Provide marketing support for the International Office's student recruitment efforts.
* Analyse performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
You will also be involved in online and offline marketing events, including occasional evening or weekend work. Additionally, you will assist with database management and e-marketing newsletters for key stakeholders in the international student recruitment journey.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent business experience.
* A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in running social media and digital marketing campaigns.
* Understanding of the education sector, particularly international student recruitment, is an advantage.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Canva, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot), Adobe Creative Cloud, photography, and videography is beneficial.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of GDPR and excellent communication skills are essential.

* Salary: €23,297 - €35,379 (Support Band)
* Annual Leave: 24 days per annum pro rata
