Job Description: DNG John O'Brien is seeking to recruit an experienced Valuation Administrator & Property Sales Negotiator for their office based in Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. The successful candidate will join this very well-established company on a Maternity Cover basis. The role requires someone who can work independently whilst also working as part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment while generating new business.
Valuation Administrator Responsibilities:
* Assist & prepare residential valuation reports
* Assist with Bank Valuations
* Ability to progress and, in time, prepare well-written valuation reports with relevant rationale.
* Ensure the accuracy and quality of valuation reports, complying with professional standards and guidelines.
* Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
* Take pictures of the exterior and interior of a property for later review and to include in their report. Measure the exterior and interior of the property.
* Compare the property’s selling value to other buildings in the area.
* Draft a report using the notes and photos taken at the property.
* Communicate with other agents throughout the area.
* Property Viewing
* Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly.
* CRM updating & Updating databases and offer system.
* Conducting measuring and detailing preparation for the market.
Requirements: Property Sales Negotiator & Valuer
* PSRA license
* 2 plus years of experience in Sales & Valuations
* Full clean driving license with own car
* Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organisational abilities
* Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
* Be motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working
