The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Export Markets Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by: Administers and oversees new and renewal contract development activities, including pre-proposals, proposals, contract administration, and contract closeouts for the assigned department.
Pays extreme attention to detail in managing the production of contracts, Letters of Authorization (LoA), Power of Attorney (PoA), Customer Incentive Plan agreements, etc., from templates, ensuring legalization, certification, apostille, and other notary certifications.
Manages procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Coordinates and organizes town hall meetings, team events, and individual recognition programs to foster team engagement and morale.
Develops and implements strategies for team and individual recognitions to celebrate achievements and milestones.
Maintains accurate records, documentation, and archival related to contracts and procurement activities.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Most commonly in fields such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proven track record in contract management, including the development, administration, and closeout of contracts.
Experience in managing procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase order management.
Proven experience in purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and invoicing management, specifically within SAP Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments under pressure and short timelines Multiple languages spoken is a plus (i.e.
Spanish, Arabic, Russian)

Ireland Hybrid Eligible - Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to the DSC, Dublin at least 1-2 days per week (in line with business needs) Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
