The Role:
Position: Permanent, Experienced Veterinary Surgeon
Work Schedule: Flexible 3-day work week, with weekends on rotation, ensuring time for you to enjoy life outside of work.
No Out of Hours (OOH): Enjoy your evenings and weekends without on-call responsibilities.
Salary: Highly competitive, based on your experience.
Start Date: Ideally April 2025.

This is a 100% small animal, clinically focused role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own casework, develop your skills, and explore your professional interests in areas like soft tissue surgery, diagnostics, and routine consultations. We encourage our team to pursue their unique professional passions within veterinary care, while also fostering a balanced and fulfilling work schedule.
About You – Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience Required: You’ll need to have solid experience in clinical consultations, general and emergency soft tissue surgeries (e.g., spays, cystotomies, splenectomies), routine diagnostics, and case work-ups.
Key Skills: Competence in managing clinical procedures such as blood transfusions and urinary catheterizations, along with confidence in sole charge work.
Personality: You should be a friendly, professional, and respectful individual who communicates well within a team and is committed to delivering high standards of care to both patients and clients.
