The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to scale our Microsoft Business Applications (CRM) practice – incorporating Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading and building our practice:
* Develop and execute a business strategy to grow the Microsoft Business Applications (CRM) practice.
* Broaden service offerings, acquire new clients, and nurture existing client relationships.
* Motivate and develop a high-performing team of Dynamics and Power App Experts.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions – Sales, Service, Marketing, and other related modules.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
