Our client seeks a skilled Senior Sales Analyst Administrator to support their sales team. This individual will play a crucial role in motivating and rewarding sales professionals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
* Utilize the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy and make improvements.
* Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and the effectiveness of compensation plans.
* Collaborate with sales leaders and other teams to understand their needs.
* Provide support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience in sales compensation and data administration.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
