We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing Business Transformation team within a Digital Centre of Excellence. This role focuses on delivering effective customer communication campaigns, supporting both regulatory and Go-To-Market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute customer communication campaigns via email, SMS, letters, and social media.
2. Collaborate with external design agencies and internal stakeholders to develop customer-facing materials.
3. Manage working groups to align efforts across communication campaigns.
4. Update product pages and website content in line with regulatory changes.
5. Document key processes and briefs (e.g., Agile Briefs, Marketing Briefs).
6. Ensure risk and compliance standards are met while delivering best-in-class solutions.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume communication projects in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
9. Flexibility to work in an agile delivery model.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in producing engaging content.
11. 3+ years in a similar business analysis role.
12. Experience in delivering customer communication campaigns.
