Deputy General Manager
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Tralee, County Kerry.
About the Role:
* 3-5 years of experience in hotel management in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel is essential for this position.
* A hospitality qualification is considered an advantage.
* The successful candidate will oversee and work closely with departmental managers to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and time management skills are required.
* The ideal candidate will be well-presented, polite, and possess a welcoming manner that enhances the guest/customer experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS is necessary.

* A competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 dependent on experience.
