Junior Quantity Surveyor
A leading project and cost management consultancy in Dublin city seeks a Graduate Quantity Surveyor.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading cost management company on a varied project portfolio, including healthcare, residential, commercial, and leisure developments across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a recognised industry leader and work within a team environment, providing full quantity surveying duties from project planning through to completion.
Previous experience or education in quantity surveying is preferred, however senior level opportunities are available with additional responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Educationally qualified with a degree in Quantity Surveying
* Have 0-3 years post graduate experience
* Possess a broad knowledge base of local markets
* Be a team player
* Building project experience is desired
* Hold a strong understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
* Be ambitious and self-motivated with a drive to deliver high-quality professional services to clients
* possess good organisational skills and strong IT skills, including cost planning software (Cubit / Cost-X)
The successful candidate must hold eligibility to work in Ireland. Benefits include:
