We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team in the Cork City area, providing valuable experience in the healthcare sector.
Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Clerical Officer role due to the busy period in the healthcare sector.
Contract: 3 months with potential extension.
Salary: €14.57 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal medical teams to ensure seamless communication.
* Manage high-volume email inbox and respond promptly to queries.
* Upload documents to the database and update patient files efficiently.
* Schedule and manage appointments with minimal disruptions.
* Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.
* Handle high-volume telephone calls and respond professionally to all queries.
* Perform data entry tasks using CRM and Microsoft Excel with accuracy.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a hospital setting or GP practice is highly desirable.
* Candidates should possess strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar IT software.
* Excellent verbal and written etiquette is essential for effective communication.
* Experience with minute-taking is a plus.
* A detail-oriented and organized individual is required to manage multiple tasks.
* The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in a fast-paced administrative role handling diverse tasks.
