Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales of our ancillary products to meet monthly targets using our service-based sales process.
* Provide superior customer service while identifying and prioritising customer needs.
* Ensure all customer contact information is up-to-date, including drivers licence details and other documentation to protect company assets.
* Efficiently process customer transactions to avoid wait times for our clients.
* Prepare fleet orders and communicate with other departments such as garage team and returns department to maximise fleet availability for our clients.
* Accurately complete contract documentation with our customers.
* Inform our customers of all practical information they will require, such as car fuel type, road toll information, instructions on roadside assistance, and vehicle return address.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
* Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Your Skills:
* Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
* Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing with an enthusiastic personality.
* Previous sales experience working with targets is advantageous.
* Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment is advantageous.
* Full drivers licence is preferred.
* Fluent in English both written and verbal; a second language is preferred but not essential.
