Technical Director at Electric Square Ireland
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Director to join our brand-new studio in Dublin, Ireland. As a founding member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of our games.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality game development.
* Works closely with studio directors, game leads, and other Electric Square studios.
* Conducts technical due diligence for clients, projects, and pitches.
* Mentors team members through regular one-to-ones and appraisals.
Requirements:
* Five shipped titles with at least two as lead.
* At least 10 years of experience in the games industry.
* AAA experience is a requirement.
* Familiarity with various technologies from low-level programming to cloud services.
* Experience working in co-dev environments and Unreal engines is desirable.
