Reporting to the Night Shift Manager and General Manager, as a Night Auditor, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that every guest's stay is exceptional, even during the night.
Assist and conducting nightly audits, your role will include managing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, and conducting night audits while maintaining financial records.

Minimum experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Guest Relations.
Minimum educational requirements: National academic qualifications Roles & Responsibilities: 1.
To have an understanding of all aspects of night audit, computer operations, posting to accounts, night audit close day procedure, daily business control, daily report analysis, backup and general IT.

Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff throughout the night.
3.
Lead, support, and energise the night team, fostering a collaborative and proactive environment.
4.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, embodying Radisson REDs commitment to personalised service.
5.
Conduct night audits, manage financial transactions, and prepare detailed reports.
6.
Maintain the hotels vibrant atmosphere and adhere to Radisson REDs service standards.

Proven experience in a guest relations position, ideally within a hotel environment 2.
