Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will manage the lettings process from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. This position requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Tenant and Landlord Relations: Maintain positive, professional relationships with both landlords and tenants, acting as the primary point of contact for lettings inquiries Viewings and Negotiations: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, manage tenancy negotiations, and secure agreements that satisfy the needs of both parties. Issue Resolution: Efficiently address and resolve any issues raised by tenants or landlords, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Database Management: Use lettings software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each property and tenancy agreement. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation adheres to RTB standards and other relevant legal requirements. Required Qualifications and Experience Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in the lettings or property management industry. Licence Requirements: Valid property licence and full, clean driving licence. Technical Skills: Proficiency with lettings software and familiarity with RTB processes.
