Sales Focus - Mechanical Engineer
A standalone role that can be based anywhere in Ireland, this position is part of the Sales & Business Development division of a leading Mechanical Contractor in the West of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategy for the business and utilize contacts in Ireland and Europe to procure new business in line with agreed targets.
* Develop relationships with clients and identify key decision makers to turn into new business.
* Identify business opportunities in target markets and sales channels globally, either direct or distribution.
* Submit weekly status reports and monthly reports to the CEO/MD.
Requirements:
* Must be a qualified mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience.
* Be proficient in BIM and a good communicator/presenter able to deliver CPD/Lunch & Learn sales presentations.
* Experience in the Data Centre Industry dealing with contractors and factory heads, as well as working in the HVAC industry and having a mechanical engineering background is ideal.
* Ability to travel and provide detail on business won and results achieved.
