Job Title: Site IT Manager
Drive Business-IT Strategy and Digitalization
As a Site IT Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of business-IT strategy, site digitalization, risk management, and relationship management.
This role provides end-to-end technical leadership, aligning business processes with Business Technology Solutions (BTS). In partnership with global, regional, and site teams, you will create and maintain the site digitalization roadmap, plan and execute projects, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Align site technology strategy with leadership and ensure digitalization solutions meet site and corporate goals.
2. Drive continuous improvement in IT solutions and manage technology lifecycles.
3. Keep up with industry trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT) and ensure IT service availability for key areas (QC labs, manufacturing, supply chain).
4. Ensure compliance with cyber resilience and regulatory standards.
5. Lead the site BTS team, manage performance metrics (KPIs), and drive up-skilling for global transformation.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean processes.
7. Build strong relationships across business and technology functions, ensuring cross-functional support for business demands.
8. Collaborate with Global BTS, Infrastructure, and Quality teams for high service standards.
9. Oversee budget for site operations, licenses, and BTS projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 8+ years of industry experience, with exposure to FDA, GMP, ISA95, and pharmaceutical/life sciences.
* 2+ years of project management and leadership experience in a matrix environment.
* Experience with systems such as ERP/SAP, MES (POMSNet), Data Historian (OSI PI), and laboratory management systems (Empower).
* Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, IT System Life Cycle, Compliance, and Data Integrity.
* Experience in business consultancy, change management, and driving multi-stakeholder solutions.
* Familiarity with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
* Fluency in English is required.
Salary: Competitive salary ($120,000 - $180,000 per year)
