What you will do:
Sourcing
1. Engage and partner with the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to agree on job-specific screening questions for the application form and telephone/video interviews, ensuring unconscious bias and diversity and inclusion are at the forefront.
3. Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
4. Conduct research to establish suitable advertising opportunities and advertise all roles in the most appropriate media, including internally and on the external Entegro careers site.
5. Encourage social sharing of opportunities and coach managers to utilize their social media networks.
6. Ensure appropriate visuals, content, and strategies are used to reach the desired diverse target audience.
7. Embrace and utilize sourcing tools available, promoting the employee referral scheme and managing candidates through the process.
8. Conduct and facilitate screening and selection.
9. Screen all applications and conduct telephone/video interviews, assessing candidates’ general suitability for roles.
10. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all processes.
11. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements – e.g. completion of pre-screening questions and liaising with compliance where necessary.
Hiring Manager Partnership
1. Hold regular meetings with hiring managers to discuss operational recruitment requirements.
2. Identify other ways to promote the resourcing process and service offered through regular update meetings.
3. Work in partnership with the People and Talent team to coordinate onboarding and the hiring manager to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
4. Initiate background checks and ensure completion prior to start date.
5. Stay in regular contact with candidates and managers throughout the process to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Leverage technology
1. Ensure all relevant technology is fully utilized and embrace new functionality and tools.
2. Ensure all data is accurately reflected in the Applicant Tracking System.
3. Impeccable attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
4. Working knowledge of and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
What You’ll Need:
1. Ideally 3 to 5+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience – ideally in an in-house environment.
2. Track record of progressive, value-add recruitment experience with extensive sourcing expertise and a proven track record of headhunting.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
4. A strong sense of passion for Recruitment. Advantageous.
5. Previous hiring experience in the telecommunications industry would be an advantage.
