The Role We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Support Operations Manager to join our growing team in Sandyford, Dublin. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Support Operations team, ensuring excellence in our commercial customer journey while driving continuous improvement across our processes and systems. What You'll Do You'll lead our commercial customer onboarding experience and develop robust operational processes that scale with our growth. Working closely with Commercial Sales and Customer Experience teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery of our Electricity and Gas services while continuously identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
