A role has become available to provide maternity leave cover for a period of 9 months.
This role will be an opportunity to assist members of the Executive Committee whilst also having ownership of several tasks. The successful applicant will work alongside the CEO Business Manager ('BM') to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provision of diary management support to members of Executive Committee (‘ExCo’)
o Diary management.
o Organisation of meetings.
o Review and action incoming email, telephone calls and mail.
o General administrative support.
2. Assist with the effective operation of the Executive Office.
o Assist the CEO BM with monitoring compliance.
o Represent the Executive Office in a professional manner throughout the business, the Group and externally.
o Management of all domestic and international travel for members of ExCo, including costs and approvals.
3. Assist with communication activity from the Executive Office to management and staff.
o Circulate communications which have been prepared by ExCo.
o Work with ExCo and CEO BM to provide input to, and continually develop, company internal communications.
4. Other Related Duties
o Provide cover for the CEO BM when needed.
o Perform other job-related roles and duties as and when required by ExCo and CEO BM.
o Flexibility on work hours e.g., to start early/work late during demanding periods, and travelling between the Navan and Dublin office on an ad-hoc basis.
